If your mobile home has doors that stick, windows that are hard to open, or cracks in floors; these are just a few signs of a mobile home floor that needs to be re leveled. Blocks that are out of level or loose anchor straps are signs that your mobile home may need re-leveling.
Another common reason for your home being out of level is it was not installed properly when the mobile home was first set-up.

If there is no solid support underneath the leveling blocks, or the shims being used aren’t made of concrete or hardwood; they will compress overtime, or they may not have enough blocks in place for the mobile homes  frame.

Properly installed mobile homes set on concrete footings should not need re-leveling for years to come, but a hurricane or flooding conditions can change this. If your mobile home is set on footings that aren’t large enough, your mobile could sink over time. sink.
